Mala YogaMala Yoga is a thriving yoga studio set in the heart of Cobble Hill. Owned and operated by three dynamic women, Angela Clark, Steph Creaturo and Christina Hatgis, Mala Yoga’s unique approach strives to support today’s yogi through physical, focused, and calming practices of postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana).

Peaceful, energetic, warm, and welcoming are just a few of the words used to describe our humble home and we are excited to extend these qualities beyond our doors with this blog.
