#YogaEveryDay – #31daysofyoga #day1 #tadasana


We know, we know. It’s all been said, done, and written about the holidays.

Here’s our offering: A yoga pose every day. Just one. One a day. We know, you’re not warmed up and you’d rather do a full class and there’s lots of other things you could be doing.

We passionately believe that when life is the most challenging and hectic, and for many of us a bit sad, it is imperative to practice like your “hair is on fire.” And just one simple pose a day could be the thing that keeps you on your mat and in your practice when everything else seems to conspire against you/when you need it most.
