Here are five things you can do if you can’t make it to Jen’s Int/Ad Flow class or Blakeney’s Reversing the Workday Slump tonight:
1. Do what Blakeney does to reverse the workday slump at work. (But, you know, at home.)
3. Do some yoga on the back of your couch.
4. Email us, post a comment on Facebook, Twitter, carrier pigeon – a list of workshops you want to see in 2014. Go crazy! Think outside the box! Ayurvedic cooking, a week of backbending, a class full of poses you’ve never heard of before, guest teachers – anything you can think of! But really – we want to know.
5. Make yourself a green juice! Because it’s cold out. And your body will probably love the extra immunity boost.
