Did you just finish a long training cycle, or are about to run a full or a half marathon? Maybe you did a tri or two this summer/early fall?

As the fall marathon season winds down, join us for this extra Yoga for Runners class that focuses on releasing and energizing your legs! We’ll use self-myofascial release techniques, long pose holds, and restorative poses to restore and revitalize everything from your toes to your hips.
