45 Minutes of Hips with Christina Hatgis

Our hips take quite a beating. We spend hours traveling for holiday weekends, walking on hard ground, sitting in chairs and cars – so many things different activities that make them weak and tight.

Let’s take some time and give back to the hips that give us so much. Christina has put together a lovely 45 (really more like 49) minute practice that will allow you to stretch and strengthen the hips.
