Are you running a full or half marathon this fall? Based on our popular Yoga for Runners class, this workshop is “prehab” for your body, supporting your body and mind as your mileage increases and you prep for race day.
We strengthen the muscles that keep runners healthy and injury-free during your training and beyond, then stretch and release what’s getting tight (enter the golf and tennis balls!) and end with one of yoga’s most delightful sets of poses: restoratives.
This workshop is geared towards runners of all levels.
