There’s a “back to life” energy that permeates the fall – there’s the slightest nip in the morning air, vacations are done, the subways are more crowded. There can also be a twinge of sadness as we bid farewell to the summer, perhaps our most play-orientated season. Let’s use our yoga practice to shift our energies and perspective so we can jump into the fall with grounded hearts and minds while maintaining the lightness of summer.
