Can’t make it to Practice Camp this summer but still want to experience the magic of early mornings at Mala? Join Steph for a 2-day intensive to connect your upright yoga practice to your inversions practice.
Going upside-down can be exhilarating and scary at the same time. In this early morning intensive, we’ll review the fundamentals of inversions and work on building the core and shoulder strength needed for poses like handstand and headstand. At the same time, we can tackle the mental barriers of fear and doubt that are often bigger obstacles in creating a strong, graceful, and consistent inversions practice.
This 2-part workshop is ideal for students with a consistent yoga practice, whether you are terrified of going upside-down or are an experienced yogi who needs a refresher. All levels – especially those new to going upside down – are welcome!
