– 4-5 leaves of curly kale (stalks included)
– Homemade almond milk
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 1/2 peach fresh from the market (they are so delicious at the moment)
– 1 teaspoon chia seeds
– 1 teaspoon raw cacao nibs
– A pinch of cinnamon
– Optional: add some cucumber if you have some)
Mix in blender or Vitamix. Add more liquid if it’s too thick. Chill for 15-20 minutes.
Be sure to chew it well as you drink it.
