This class will focus on using the bandhas during inversions. Using the work of the bandhas creates a solid and supported foundation necessary for inverting. This class will specifically target using the strength of legs and in the core to stay integrated and help support the body.
When integrating the work of the bandhas with the actions of inverting, we can create ease and stability in these challenging postures.
