If you’ve developed the strength for chaturanga but still have some pesky questions about whether you’re “doing it right,” then this workshop is for you!

We’ll take that strength and build into it the key elements for a successful chaturanga. We’ll follow that up with a forty-five minute vinyasa flow to warm up all important aspects of the body for arm balances and inversions. Then we’ll thread our chaturanga work into several bird poses: bakasana (crow), hummingbird pose, mayurasana (peacock), pincha mayurasana (peacock feather), and viparita salabhasana.

Recommended for students who want to tweak their chaturanga, challenge their arm balances, and integrate it all into a fun two-hour play time.

Requirements: No wrist or shoulder injuries. A regular chaturanga practice. All inversions may be done at the wall or in the middle of the room.
