The second trimester of pregnancy can be tricky. It starts wonderfully. You’re not nauseous anymore! You have your energy back! You feel like an actual human! But then as it progresses, so does your belly. Maybe you’re a little more tired, or are starting to feel more limited, physically.
Join Angela for the another prenatal yoga video for those in their second trimester of pregnancy. This sequence is great for those who feel stronger, and are looking for a more active practice while still taking into account additional changes in the body.
And, because Angela is a master at sequencing, she’s broken it down into four parts. A sequence in the middle of the room, a sequence at the wall, one for strengthening arms and legs, and a seated sequence if you’re at work, or just don’t have the energy, but need to do a little something.
