Prenatal Yoga: Your second trimester

Congratulations! You made it through your first trimester. Hopefully, you’re feeling better. The nausea has subsided, the energy is back, and you’re feeling stronger and maybe more like yourself. (Or, fingers crossed, any day now.)

Join Angela for the next prenatal yoga video for those in their second trimester of pregnancy. This 25-minute sequence is great for those who might feel stronger, and are looking for a good, solid practice for those who had a regular practice pre-pregnancy.

And, as always, please consult your doctor to make sure this is an appropriate practice for you before you begin!
