You may have noticed that our very own Angela Clark is pregnant! (If not, let us be the first to tell you that she is! Hooray!) So, we thought we’d take this opportunity to put together a series of prenatal yoga videos.
She put together a great twenty-minute sequence for those in their first trimester who are maybe feeling slightly nauseous, low energy, or need to preserve their strength. Perfect for those who already have a consistent yoga practice and are starting to transition their regular practice into one that will accommodate new changes and developments in the body.
And, as always, please consult your doctor to make sure this is an appropriate practice for you before you begin!
