Saturday, December 1
9:00-10:10am – Movement and Meditation with Lindsay & Lisa
Start your day with a meditation through movement as we link breath and a flowing asana practice to access single pointed focus on the mat. Then settle in for a meditation, kicking off your Open House weekend with grace, strength, and a clearer sense of self.
10:30-11:40am – Holiday Heart Openings and Tinsel Twists! with Marcus & Julia
Enter the holiday season with us in ease. We’ll focus on heart-opening back bends to begin and then move into a series of detoxifying twists.
12:00-1:10pm – Cultivating Stillness with Angela & Evan
Accessing our ability to be present in the moment can be extremely hard on a daily basis. Use your breath and the ground through your legs to cultivate stability, focus, and stillness.
4:30-8:30pm – Holiday Party at Mala
*Come kick-off the holiday season with us and celebrate 5 years of Mala! We’ll have drinks, light snacks, all your favorite Mala teachers – and yogis like YOU! We’d love to see you there!
Sunday, December 2
9:00-10:10am – Holiday Flight! with Daniella & Caitlin
Our final destination is side crow. We’ll take you on a journey of attention to the core, twists, and arm strength to get you there.
10:30-11:40am – Holiday Detox Flow with Ruah & Christina
Treat yourself to purification of the body/mind/spirit for inner tranquility this holiday season. Wring out toxins in your body through nourishing twists, then realign with a powerful guided chakra meditation that helps balance the nervous/ endocrine system.
12:00-1:10pm – Avoid the Holiday Shoulder Schlump with Steph & Blakeney
The holiday season can get pretty stressful, with family to see, a long to-do list, and plenty of socializing. If all that tension lands in your shoulders, come de-stress and revitalize them!
4:00-5:10pm – Ground Down to Lift Up with Anna & Janna
In this playful vinyasa class, explore the powerful lift and lightness of arm balances and inversions that come as a result of deep grounding and a steady base. Connect to the earth to fly.
5:30-6:40pm – Flow and Breathe Deep with Jen & Sara
Connect breath with movement in this challenging flow class before setting up to restore, meditate, and breathe deep. Join Jen and Sara as you savor the last of the holiday weekend and get revitalized and ready for the week.
