Deep Flow with Jen
This hour-long class is the perfect opportunity to deepen the connection between breath and asana. Be prepared to move for much of the class. Recommended 6 months of regular practice – this class is not appropriate for beginners.
Extended Int/Adv with Angela
starting Saturday, September 8, 10-11:45am
The class will now be an hour and forty-five minutes! We’re excited to have more time to explore the more physically challenging poses and dive deeper into meditation and pranayama!
No Dog Yoga with Angela
starting Saturday, September 8, 12:15-1:45pm
This doesn’t mean we don’t like dogs. It just means we all get to practice – there’s no weight-bearing on the wrist. We focus on opening the chest and shoulders while also strengthening legs, back and shoulder girdle.
This class is great if you’re working with any kind of wrist, arm, or shoulder injury. It’s also great if you’re looking for a new and creative way to practice! (link to class description)
Basics/Intermediate with Anna
This class is now appropriate for Basics level and Intermediate level students. It also gets an extra 15 minutes!
