Yoga for Runner's (Sunday series)For those of you who got shut out of the first Yoga for Runners series, this is for you! We’re adding a second class on Sundays from 2:00pm – 3:15pm.

Yoga for Runners: Sunday series

Sunday, September 9th, 16th, 23th, and 30th
2:00pm-3:15pm
$80 for all four weeks.
Registration is available in the Workshops section of Mind Body Online.

You run. You train your body to get you across the finish line. Now learn how to balance all your hard work running with yoga poses. This four-week class series focuses on stabilizing of the hips and core and stretching where runners tend to tighten most. Can anyone say Quadriceps?
