Practice Camp, Day 3

We’ve hit the hump. You might even be more tired than you were on Monday.  You’re starting to feel the effects (and maybe some benefits?!) of all the hard work you’re doing. Notice how your body feels today compared to how it felt yesterday? And Monday?

Then take that information with you and let’s head into Day 3.
