More Yoga for Knitters

Wrists! We love to strengthen the wrists. We ask them to do so much, and they’re so tiny. It’s nice to give them a hand (fun!) every once in a while.

This one is not only great for knitters, but anyone who spends a lot of time typing at a computer. We guarantee you’ll feel this one in your forearms.  In a good way.
