Mala Yoga Practice Camp™

Need some inspiration to practice yoga during the “dog-days” of August? We’re excited to bring back our Yoga Practice Camp™! Yoga Practice Camp™ is designed to get you up and on your yoga mat. You can sign up for one week, two weeks or three weeks. The catch? You have to show up at Mala Yoga at 6:45am, Monday thru Friday and do yoga. Each week will focus on a different aspect of the yoga practice.

• The first week will focus on arm balances, such as Handstand and Eka Pada Galavasana (also known as flying crow).
• The second week will focus on the King & Queen of Asanas, you might know them as Headstand and Shoulderstand.
• The Third week will focus on Hip Openers, Shoulder Openers and Pranaymama (Breath work).

This is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. Classes are taught by Angela, Stephanie, Daniella, Ruah & Rebecca Jo.

*Space Limited to 14 people per session

Monday 8/6 – Friday 8/10
Monday 8/13 – Friday 8/17
Monday 8/20 – Friday 8/24

Cost of one week = $95
Cost of two weeks = $170
Cost of three weeks = $240
