Life can be joyous, beautiful, challenging, and painful. It’s easy for us to stay with the ‘good’ things that arise in our lives, and perhaps a bit more difficult to stay with the things that we consider ‘bad.’ All the ups and downs of life’s situations can deplete us so much. So, what can we do to help us connect to our source of power when we feel drained? Through the practice of connecting to our Body, Speech, and Mind, we will be able to reach our Inner Refuge, and recharge our battery.

Join Angela this Sunday (June 17th) and any of the following Sundays, June 24th, July 1st and July 8th at 7pm for more meditation. These practices come from the Bön Buddhist tradition of Tibet offered by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Whether you were able to attend Rinpoche’s teaching or not you are welcome to join any, or all, of these Sunday night practices; no experience necessary.
