OM-Work: Yoga for Knitters

Alternate title for this post? “Yoga for anyone who works with their hands, types on a computer, or needs to stretch out their wrists.”

Today’s OM-Work features a set of stretches that are great for releasing the wrists.  And, thanks to your iPhone/iPad/Blackberry/computer, your wrists could probably use it.

So, right now – stop what you’re doing and make your wrists happy.  Trust us – if they could, they would give you a big hug.
