15 Minutes at Home with Steph

We know you’re busy.  Work, family, life…that’s just the way it is.  But, we also know how important it is to take a few minutes for yourself each day.  The ability to breath, reboot, and re-ground yourself will only make the rest of your day easier.  Keeping this in mind, we asked Steph what she does when she only has 10-15 minutes, but is anxious to get on her mat.

In this video, Steph takes us inside her home practice.  She wanted to make sure you knew exactly what she does when she only has 15 minutes, but wants to get a quick something in.
