Mala Yoga is a thriving yoga studio set in the heart of Cobble Hill. Owned and operated by three dynamic women, Angela Clark, Steph Creaturo and Christina Hatgis; Mala Yoga strives to support today’s yogi through the physical, focused and calming practices of postures (asana), breathing (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana). Peaceful, energetic, warm & welcoming are just a few of the words used to describe our humble home and we are excited to extend these qualities beyond our doors with this blog.
